One of the most gratifying accomplishments of my career was founding and leading the Creative Services division at Wolfe LLC. What started as an idea to better serve our clients evolved into a fully functioning, revenue-generating department that met real customer needs through a turnkey affiliate marketing network powered by DirectTrack. Building this team from the ground up—15 talented professionals across design and customer service—we not only boosted internal productivity by 45% and cut project turnaround times by 25%, but also became a key driver of company growth. Through UX-focused design enhancements, we improved software usability and user retention, which ultimately played a pivotal role in the company’s acquisition by Digital River.

Company Meeting Video – Wolfe LLC
Produced and edited this internal company meeting video for Wolfe LLC, capturing key leadership messaging and team highlights just prior to the company’s acquisition by Blackhawk Industries. The video played a pivotal role in aligning teams and preserving company culture during the transition. This project reflects my experience across the full production lifecycle—from in-camera capture to post-production and multi-channel deployment.

I have a strong understanding of the post-production process and the technical and creative resources required to deliver polished work across stills, video, animation, and digital formats. The project was completed in close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of designers, account leads, and project managers, demonstrating my ability to create thoughtful, high-impact solutions across a range of production challenges.

Voice First – Creative Direction & Product Execution

Role: Creative Manager & Designer
Client: Voice First (via DirectTrack Affiliate Network)
Scope: Branding · UX/UI Design · Campaign Creative · Print & Digital Collateral

Overview:
Voice First was a VoIP phone service tailored to residential users and small businesses. As the lead on this project, I was responsible for the complete creative direction and execution of the brand across digital and print touchpoints. The project originated through the DirectTrack affiliate network and was routed to the Creative Services team for strategic development.

Key Contributions:

  • Brand Development: Created the Voice First brand identity from the ground up, including logo design, typography, and color systems to establish a unified, professional presence.

  • Website Design & Execution: Designed and executed a clean, informative marketing website that clearly communicated product offerings, use cases, and pricing to potential customers.

  • Campaign Assets: Designed a full suite of performance marketing materials, including banner ad campaigns, email templates, and affiliate creative assets tailored for high conversion across the DirectTrack network.

  • Print Collateral: Delivered branded business cards and physical leave-behinds for B2B marketing and outreach.

Impact:
The website and accompanying creative assets positioned Voice First as a competitive option in the emerging VoIP space. The cohesive branding and marketing toolkit supported affiliate conversions and helped Voice First build credibility in a crowded market.

ClickChief – Full-Service Creative & Technical Execution

Role: Creative Lead & Project Manager
Client: ClickChief (via DirectTrack White-Label Solution)
Scope: UX/UI Design · Web Development · Affiliate Program Integration · Client Management

Overview:
The ClickChief campaign exemplifies a full-scope client engagement, where I led every phase of the project lifecycle—from concept to launch—within our white-labeled DirectTrack affiliate software.

Key Contributions:

  • Client Engagement & Scoping: Acted as the primary point of contact, responsible for quoting the project, gathering requirements, and aligning deliverables with the client’s business objectives.

  • Website Design & Development: Designed a custom marketing site tailored to ClickChief’s brand identity and user goals, then coded and launched the site with responsive design best practices.

  • Technical Integrations: Implemented critical back-end integrations to support user registration, tracking, and analytics—ensuring seamless performance within the DirectTrack ecosystem.

  • Affiliate Program Implementation: Developed and configured a custom affiliate program, providing ClickChief with the tools to recruit, manage, and optimize performance-based partnerships.

Impact:
This end-to-end delivery gave ClickChief a professional digital presence, a scalable affiliate program, and a seamless path to customer acquisition. The project showcases my ability to bridge creative vision with technical execution, aligning product design with real business results.

GiftCards.com – Brand & Affiliate Marketing Leadership

Role: Creative Director · Creative Strategist · Brand Manager · Affiliate Marketing Lead

My 16-year journey at GiftCards.com was an invaluable chapter in my career—one where I shaped my creative leadership style, sharpened my business acumen, and built a deep understanding of affiliate branding and print marketing.

During this time, I had the opportunity to lead and develop brand strategies for both in-house and partner programs, working with some of the world’s most recognized names including the NFL, Mastercard, and Visa. I was responsible for:

  • Creating and managing visual identities across multiple affiliate and private label programs

  • Navigating and implementing complex brand guidelines from external partners

  • Overseeing large-scale print and digital campaigns

  • Building strong cross-functional relationships with clients and stakeholders

This extensive body of work played a key role in establishing GiftCards.com as a category leader, ultimately contributing to its successful acquisition by Blackhawk Network. It was a defining era of professional growth, filled with hands-on leadership, creative innovation, and brand-building excellence.


NFL Gift Card Partnership

Securing a prestigious partnership with the NFL was a major milestone for GiftCards.com. I played a pivotal role in executing this high-profile initiative from end to end. My responsibilities spanned creative, operational, and strategic efforts, including:

  • Leading design execution for all NFL-branded gift cards

  • Collaborating with the NFL marketing team to ensure brand integrity across all creative assets

  • Navigating brandlines and design tokens set by the NFL, while aligning with GiftCards.com style guidelines

  • Managing cross-functional delivery, coordinating with stakeholders across marketing, compliance, print production, and executive leadership

This project required a blend of business acumen, brand sensitivity, and creative leadership and is one of the most high-impact collaborations I’ve led.

GiftCards.com Farewell Video

At the close of my time with GiftCards.com—just before the company was acquired by Blackhawk—I created a heartfelt farewell video for our final all-hands meeting. This project was more than a recap; it was a tribute to the people, culture, and milestones that defined our journey together.

I led the full production from start to finish, including:

  • Scriptwriting & storytelling

  • Filming & direction

  • Audio track creation

  • Motion graphics, sound design, and color grading

Every detail was crafted to honor the team's legacy and leave a lasting emotional impact.
